Orders are shipped via U.S. Mail. When items are in stock, shipments are generally made within 7 days. Custom orders may take several days longer.

Can I send a picture of my dog to order a custom made item?

Yes, we will be glad to customize any item. Please send us an email with the picture attached. You order can be entered from any of the breed group pages.

What are the sculptures made of?

They are constructed of a polymer clay which is not fragile like ceramic clay. Many of the pieces are also decorated with semi-precious stones and glass beads.

Do you accept credit cards? Yes if your account is registered with PayPay. We process all payments through PayPal to provide an extra level of security. If you don't have a PayPal account, please click on the icon on our home page to sign up in minutes.

What if I don't see a picture of my breed on your web site?

Please contact us and let us know about your dog. It is possible we have not added a picture of your breed to the site. All AKC breeds are available with new pictures added frequently. Send us a picture of your dog so we can get the colors just right. Custom orders can be entered from all breed group pages. Just select the item that is similar to your dog and enter the change you wish on the checkout page.

Your web site has a dog like mine but the color is wrong. Can I get the dog jewelry in a different color?

Yes!!! We make the dogs in nearly every color you can imagine. Just let us know what you want. We can even do color combinations, different colored glitter and much, much more. Just add comments on the check-out page and tell us what you want. Our goal is to delight you.
